[Looking For] Updateable Profiles Providers?

This might be too unique of a service, but does anyone know where I can find service providers that offer updates to the Linkedin profiles with specific attributes?
For example, if we were looking to buy 100 profile updates to add CPA to the certification section of each profile.

Do you already have the profiles and just want to batch update them? Or do you want to buy the profiles too?

We're just looking to have an attribute updated to existing profiles that we do not own.

We don't own any profiles and prefer not to buy/manage our own batch of profiles. We would prefer to pay someone to update/add the attribute to their existing (searchable) profiles they manage.

For example, if someone owns 100 US profiles, we are looking to simply pay to have CPA added to the certification section of each profile. The person would continue to own the 100 profiles and can use them as they would like as long as the attribute remains after the purchase (we do not need logins and passwords).
