There is a jargon like Residential VPN. So think of it as a VPN version of it, not a residential proxy. However, I don't know how useful it would be in the situations you mentioned.
I use Linux and I haven't had a chance to test it, you see how it works.

The reason they know is that they maintain a list of AS that own the IP addreses. All you need is an AS that is associated with public internet providers, then you won't be flagged.
Here is IP WHOIS look up for hetzner:
IPs never come in singles, so that's for a range of /24 ips. As you can see it's easy to know you are connecting from cloud.
Here is the residential IP address:
The whole thing is not coming from cloud, it's coming from TELECOM, aka residential provider.

Since you're using CyberGhost you should try their Dedicated IP - https://www.cyberghostvpn.com/dedicated-ip-vpn
That way services can't know you're using a VPN, since the IP is only yours.
Now depends where that Dedicated IP is hosted, you'll ofc have better success with a residential proxy.

Just don't use VPN's. Proxies are very simple to use and will be undetectable from the start. Sounds like you need to get into proxies!

This post is from a while ago now. Strictly speaking, most of the popular VPNs work as advertised but depending on what you need them for, VPNs all have limitations. If your intention is more than just casually viewing region locked content, I'd advise getting mobile proxies on top of anti-detect browsers instead.
I am not sure how to do that, can you give me specific instructions? I would Appreciate it.
