Looking for Ubuntu Server Expert to Fix my Broken Site

Need a trusted server expert that can fix my wordpress site!

I ran out of ideas how to fix my "Error establishing a database connection"

Pretty sure not an easy one for me. Tried simple methods like restarting the server.

I really think I have been a victim of somekind of hacking.

FIXED this ill pay $100 and secure it so this wont be happening again!
