Looking for Twitter Viral Script

I'm looking for a script that does the following:-

1. Searches Twitter for a given keyword/s.

2. It will then tweet your message previously setup, back to the users who have come up in the search.

3. The script will post back using the @ symbol and username.

I know it already exists but can't remember the name and for love nor money can't find it or reference to it.


Does anyone know what's it called or where I might find it?
