You have to try SocialOopmh for auto bulk sending.
It is the best and associated tool for this type of working.

This is a great tool, but only for manage accounts. But I have only 30 accounts. For the bulk mentions, It's necessary thousends. So, I need a bulk sender that provides the Tweets with their own accounts. Do you know whom?
