Looking for Twitter bot with extra features

You can register on that website by using Twitter, which is why I need a twitter account creator, but what I'm wondering is if there's any such bot that allows you to set up a "ghost mouse" feature or any similar thing that makes you able to register on that / any other website and authorize the website on your twitter account, if you know what I mean?

Like sign in through twitter, and press follow automatically?
I have seen other people on there doing this, so I know that it's possible somehow, but if anyone on here could possibly share some information, it would be highly appreciated.

I like the design of that one, looks kinda sweet.
However, does it allow you to make twitter accounts on the program itself automatically?
Or do you need to make them yourself? It says you can load in accounts, but nothing about the software making them.
