Looking for Twitter bot/crawler (Get Paid)

Nike has a twitter account where they tweet a link for their sneakers at 8am. Is there a way a bot can be programmed where it automatically finds out when Nike posts the tweet and then it clicks the link within their tweet?

Basically, instead of constantly refreshing at 8am and clicking the link, I want a way to automate this process where a bot or crawler can do it instantaneously.

This post should make things more clear:

So Nike has a twitter account where they tweet a link for shoes on sale. This happens at 8am, so I would want a bot that will instantly know when Nike has made a new tweet at 8am, and then click the link within the tweet. It isnt automated so Nike doesnt instantly tweet at 8:00:00. It could be 5,2, 10, or whatever seconds after 8am. This is the problem because there can be some variance in the time. Also, they may be releasing several pair of sneakers that day so they made post three separate tweets containing links. I would need a bot to click the link within the first tweet, then know that there has been a new tweet, and then click that link, and so on.

There will be many people following the page clicking the link, so time is very critical. Everything has to be pretty much instantaneous. Lag will result in someone else getting the shoes first. Do you think this is possible
 
I think you should check it on Fiverr. There are many users who are providing wide range of Social networking services like Tweet, Retweets, Google +1, Facebook likes Yahoo Answers !! TBH, I talked to this guy before. He doen't want scraper (web-browser scraper, or scraping with requests), he wants to be the "CEO" of twitter, so, if Nike posts something at 01:02:33:45, he wants to know that too. Somehow he wants to know it before they post on twitter :)

i am looking for a bot that can put an item in a cart at a certain time ....can you do this
