Looking for Twitter Blast Service

I'm looking for anyone out there who might have some sort of twitter service set up that can reach as many people as possible.

Preferably someone selling tweets to accounts they have created with multiple followers.

I've searched BHW a bit but have not found anything. I apologize if something is out there. There's only so much time to search.

Basically like a ppc for twitter, but I want it run by someone on BHW.
I'm familiar with twivert and similar sites, but I want the ole personal touch.
