The name says it all. the cheaper the better please, as I already have other software to do other things for me, just need something to do this one task successfully.

I think what he means is that he needs software for creating accounts. He has a software for other things but not this.

Do you mean that you have to have software to create and manage multiple accounts. If yes then you can wisely go for Sociota - a robust management toolkit. I prefer it and use it frequently to manage and monitor ll my accounts.

No...he means he whats software to create accounts only. And he has software that does the rest.
