Looking for TrafficVance referrals

I am looking for someone to mention as a referral for my TrafficVance application. I am from Bulgaria (and TV generally doesn't take Advertisers from Eastern Europe) so I am trying to get get accepted thanks to a contact I have inside TV.

In order to do so I need to provide him with as much info as possible about me and also get as many referrals as possible.

Why would someone risk his TV account just to refer you into the ppv network also they do not accept people outside the US.

They do accept people outside of US with good referrals.

Are you an example of that? Which country are you from and how many referral did you need?

I actually went to TV booth at a conference and asked why didn't they accept me. As this proved that I'm a real human and am not an IM newbie, I got accepted I'm from Europe.
