Looking for Torrent method

I just got back from the emergency room, my girlfriend sliced herself really bad at work and she is not going to be able to work for a week, shes a stylist, this totally sucks. I need to put her to work doing something. I think the torrent thing would be the best idea.

Is there a method or book around here that I can give her? I understand the concept of the cpa offer and password and all that but I am not clear on actually making the torrents themselves. I have done some searching here but I only find reference to it and not the actual method.

Password for Torrents Method in a nutshell.

Zip file Name whatever - Keywords for this is crucial
Inside Zip we have a Txt File name Read Me. This has all the
info they need to get the password. Something along the lines of this:

Hey Thanks for downloading the torrent!

Unfortunately since we host thousands of torrents
ourselves on a lot of trackers our bandwidth can
be outrageously expensive. We aplogize for any
inconvience this causes but it's incredibly simple
and only takes a few seconds to get your password.


3 Simple steps.

1. Go to (Copy And Paste Into Browser)-> http://domain.com

2. Scroll and submit name and email

3. Get your password on the second page.

The password is in between the quotation marks at the
top of the page. It's the 3rd word next to the Trademark TM symbol.

help support the Bittorent community by please seeding the
torrent as long as you can. This helps to ensure that everyone
can get the goodies quickly and easily.

So you need to know whats on the other side of your lead offer and make it accordingly here. Email and Zip submits work the best.

So thats your text file inside your labeled zip. Now inside the zip next to the txt file is another zip containing the torrent (movie, song whatever) and you password protect it with what you got. Rename that zip the same as your first.

We end with:

Zip File
Text Inside
Zip File, Password protected with torrent inside.

Voila.

Upload to torrent sites and put it in a folder to be share on Limewire.

(Note) YOu have to move fast and furious with this. These torrent freaks get super pissed with password torrents.

That would be the one. I didnt know if there was something I needed to to on my machine to the files to make them recognized by azareus and to become torrent files or whatever. So its upload them to torrent sites.. Gracias

Is there a site that uploads to mulptiple torrent sites or do they feed off each other. I usually use torrents.to to get the torrents I want, that seems to pull from 9 sites.

Hm, well you will still need them on your computer.

You would have to seed them constantly anyways to make sure the file is still downloadable at all times. This may also kill your bandwidth depending how hard you wanna make her work per day etc lol

So basically,

You must create the .torrent file out of your file you wish to share, and then have that uploaded to the host. However your physical file must be in the same location azureus is pointing to "as a shared location" upon the creation of the .torrent homie.

I'm sure they should have a guide on their website on using their software to do so, if any problems arise.

BuzzKill: do that and get ready to be banned from all major trackers... do it from some public wifi at least.

I think I still have that old YA script laying around somewhere, or you could just pick up a copy of Michel's YA software that does the same thing.

I never understood why password protected zip files are so popular. Most people are going to post what your password is for a start if you upload to piratebay/mininova, and as soon as someone does that, you're not going to generate more leads. Either that or they'll leave junk comments and stop seeding.

There is also the fact that your doing cpa's then your lead quality is going to be complete junk. so you risk having to deal with crap from whatever network you are using.

for me ppi is a MUCH better way to monetize torrents. I use zangocash and vombacash exclusively because they are the least malicious. they don't let you bundle but you can get installs if you know how to incentivize it properly. (I would use waverevenue/theinstalls/luxecash and bundle with free software except for the fact that those are trojans & malware and completely fuck up your computer. )

you can do password protected zip files if you want but it is definitely not a long term strategy.

I was wondering about getting banned. I know I get pissed off when I hit one of those password files, but not enough to do anything about it I just go get more of them. I think I use it enough that I dont want to be banned.

I draw the line at installs, just a personal choice. A friend of mine owns one of the biggest install companies in NYC and will pay me really good money for that but its not for me. Kinda like smoking crack.

hey buzzkill, you may want to check out the romeo myspace method for you GF, it is the perfect thing for someone that actually has "time on their hands" to spend on such things. it will probably be more profitable than the torrents *IF* you get someone with time on their hands to put in the manual labor to use it.

Time on their hands is a funny way to put it actually since she almost took a finger off. I would post a picture I took of her in the hospital last night with doctors leaning over her, but she would kill me. I will have her re-visit affiliatetrades.com too. Seems easy enough and looks like its getting busier.

Im not familiar with the romeo thing I will search for it. She has been really effective at pretending to be someone else, she was over the top at building up some big time fake profiles on myspace for some tests I was doing, now they have 1000+ real friends that came to her, might be something there, thanks for all the input.

This yahoo answers thing looks really appealing to me! I am a bigmouth and kind of a know it all, I could really see how I could be interested in this. I don't really know anything about it, as far as making money goes but I will definitely look into it.

i don't work this one at all but i really should. i haven't had much luck the few times i tried but here's what i did:

ask the question yourself from one acct.
be the first to answer the question along with using your affiliate link
chose your answer as the best so it stays up there

i just never found something "hot" enough to where people would see it much

Do you give them actually the password or is this just a trick and only sign up, means they never can open the files at all ?

I mean how to send them to the 2nd page for the password...

The file is shared thats how you get others to complete your offer. What you do is sign up for the offer itself. Now, pick a word that appears on the page that tells you submitted/completed. Something easy that the end user can remember. In the .txt file for the torrent tell them the password is the _(number the word appears in the sentence)__ For example, "Thank you for signing up for this offer." In your .txt file of the torrent you would say something like, "The password is the 4th word that appears in the first sentence." Thus the password in this example would be signing. Hope this helps.
