Looking for - Tool to create bulk WordPress.com blogs

I have 500 Wordpress.com accounts, and now looking for a tool that can bulk create blogs on all these accounts.
I don't need any content posted, just need to create the blogs, and assign random theme

Any suggestions

I was looking for the exact same thing. I was checking GSA but not too sure... Suggestions would be appreciated.

I dont think there are any existing tools which does that. Are you looking for a free solution or a paid solution?

Obviously, a free solution would be the best option, but a paid one would be fine as well.

Free would be nice alternatively reasonably priced paid one will be considered.
