Looking for the Ultimate Blackhat SEO - Will Pay Serious $ (Shorterm & Longterm)

I need to rank for a handful of phrases and I need to rank for them fast (by fast, I mean an absolute MAX of 75 days, but I'm honestly thinking weeks, not months). I know it's possible b/c a watch a friend of mine rank sites in far higher competition verticals in 5-7 days using xrumer. I'm not concerned about the site lasting any longer than a few months (altough it's be great if it did!). I have exact match domains, expert writers, etc. I just need someone who has ability to rank for med. competition phrases quickly. I shit you not when I say that if you can do this consistently then I will keep you busier than you've ever been in your life. PM me if you're interested and please be prepared to show screenshots.
