Looking for the older domains

I am looking to purchase a new domain. I like few once on Godaddy. They are already taken but shows backorder. So can anybody tell me is it good to bid for the order that way. I dont exactly know the procedure for the backordering so anybody plzz tell me should i go for backorder or look for a fresh domain. Also if possible tell me some promocodes for backordering i din't find any. Thnx!

I would definitely look into buying older domains. There are places like register compass that can find domains by PR, but you still need to do due diligence on the websites.

(Checking links, making sure the PR is not faked, seeing how many drops the domain has)

I would go with an aged indexed domain anyday.

Its better to purchase an aged domain. Backordering is not likely to get you anywhere.

You need to research and find an expired domain which you can purchase on an aftermarket such as snapnames.

Use register compass to find aged domains.

The other option is to search for aged domain on sedo.com

Just buy an expired domain that somebody has forgot to rereg, you can easily find some 10 yr+ old domains.
