Looking for the cheapest traffic possible

hey gang,

ive no clue about traffic etc.
so today i got bored and decided to check out ebay.. u know.. just to see how those pro "sellers" are scamming the ones that really have no clue. (1k spammed n0foll0w-p0rn backlinks for 29,99$ anyone??)


aaaanyway.. ive seen that dude selling 100.000 "unique" visitors for 3 bucks?! how ??
ebay feedback from sellers are mainly like this: >99% bounce rate, 99% rus IP, 5-10s average on Page
So basicly very dirty traffic. but anyway, how so cheap !?

highest on fiverr ive seen was like 20k for ofc 5$.
