looking for the best cpm program

hi there ... i'm looking for the best (which is a nightmare to search as you know) cpm affiliate program, we get a lot of downloads for artists from our network, so we want to find some way to give back and split some of the cpm money with them.

I know a site that puts cpm ads on their site and give the artists $0.009 per download, so we want somewhere near there, they said it goes upto $0.10 with more sharing to get more impressions, so he must be getting over $0.10 to be able to share some of it i'm thinking (no expert)


any one help with this pls ?
