Hey guys,
I'm looking for some reliable & inexpensive telemarketing services to promote free websites and to make calls to realtors.

Also, ways to track their performance (including recording audio to listen in) and call count. Ideally, i'd like to work with companies which work on a performance basis, but i'm not sure if they even exist.

Your feedback is appreciated.

I hired a telemarketer before for my work, he was really good, provided report, fast, updated me with everything... if you need help, pm me.
 
I think there was a thread in BST section selling such a service, I think it belonged to one of the mods- not sure which one.
 
I can help you out. Have had a phone room for 15 years. Tons of experience in management, hiring, training, mentoring, motivating etc. I have many connections overseas. If you still need agents, PM me I will set up a whole campaign for you for about $3.50 - $4.00 per hour per agent. Normal rates for agents are $12-25 per hour depending. Have a nice system set up now for my work, pulls many very qualified leads.

Have you looked into Odesk? There is a specific category for telemarketing. Rates vary but it usually on a per hour basis. I found over 300 candidates willing to work for less than 5 bucks per hour.
 
Yeah, i use oDesk all of the time actually. It's looking more and more like I may have to go this route.

Just gonna have to find an effective mechanism/system to monitor calls.
