Looking for Telegram script

Script for scraping and adding only active members from group and put in the contacts list of telegram number then use that contact list to add them one by one in the required group :

1. Scrape active members from group and put in csv file
2. Put the scraped active members in to the contact list
3. Use the same number who has the contact list with active memebers and put the members from the contact list in the desire group
