Looking for Teespring Designer

I am looking for FAST and CREATIVE Teespring T-Shirt designer to work with me in the long term.
Option 1

I am looking for a designer who can design great Tshirt design as follows.

You will be given words and design. Your work is make the new design completely different from the original, more professional and creative. I am looking for a long term working relationship here. Paying $10 per design. Possibility of up to 5 designs per day. You MUST be VERY familiar with Teespring.com specifications.
DELIVERABLES: - Teespring/print-ready vector-based EPS tshirts. AI or PSD files would be helpful as well We need fast turn (12 hours) around.
You will be requested to do a test, design an example given by me within 12 hours, then submit the design for me (watermark it in case you scare I use your design for selling). I will review your design if it?s good you will be chose.
Option 2

Joint venture
You handle designs, just design (redesign what I give to you to new design that more creative and professional). I will do all the rest. (submit to teespring, run fb ads,? everything).
You receive 20% of profit if the campaign success, if it fails, you loose nothing.
That?s it. Note: this option requires a test above too.

I am sure a lot of designers can help you out. But i am not sure if BHW is the best place to look for tshirt designers.

In $10 per design you can't even get a decent logo ....don't you think its very less for T-Shirt designing

I have a few designers do it for me $10/design at the moment

$10 per design. No wonder you're still looking .

Anyone who can design a shirt that will sell can also invest the time to find courses on how to do Teespring profitably. You need the designers, they don't need you.
