I need someone to make me a wordpress plugin.

Looking for someone with many years of experience, who can make almost any type of plugin.

For a rough idea, this one will revolve around things such as email capture forms, social media integration, etc. (with a special twist).

Does it have to be in wordpress or can it be a stand-alone platform?
