Looking For Support Representatives For My Brand

I’m looking for 1 (or maybe 2) individuals to be hired To handle support tickets. I’m looking for someone who’s experienced in the web hosting sector. Ideally want someone in the US, Canada sector.

1) Where are you based?
2) Ticket reply time?
3) Age?
4) What experience you have in the web host and sales/support sector?

Payment will be discussed, but will be paid monthly.
