While mobile proxies can never be truly static long term it is definitely possible to have 'sticky' mobile proxies that hold onto their IP for weeks at a time.
The chosen mobile network provider and whether the proxy provider is actively doing anything to hold onto the IP are both factors in how sticky the IP will be. Check out the marketplace here on BHW and ask providers what they can offer!
