Looking for Static-Backconnect Proxy

Im looking for Socks5 static or manual rotating backconnect connection proxy .. Do not offer static dedicateds just backconnect but static or manual rotating.. Thank you.

You are so clever but i couldn't found any proxy for my require.. every backconnects automated to rotate for few minutes i want manual rotating

By nature a backconnect proxy rotates through a pool of proxies. Otherwise what would be the point of connecting to a backconnect proxy that redirects your traffic to a single (static) IP address? Wouldn't it be more efficient to connect directly to the static IP address?

How many proxies do you need? Have you considered building your own proxy management tool?
