Looking for staff $5-8 per day / Guaranteed long term

Hello there,

I would like to start off with clearly stating that i am not here to offend anyone. I run a very small company that i currently need people to start helping me out so i can take care of my other businesses and personal life.

However, countries with lower income are able to live a normal life on a dollars income. Over here we pay $2000 just for rent, therefore we need a higher income. Anyways, if anyone is offended by this i apologize in advanced.

Last year, I've hired someone from here. He absolutely loves how easy the job is and has been with me for a year.

Now to keep up with my personal life, i need 1 or 2 more people.

Requirements:
English, you must be able to speak and type in English
Work between GMT 4:00PM to 4:AM (Anywhere in that time slot)

Payments:
All payments are done once per month on the 20th. I send with paypal or western union and pay the fees myself

Job:
Simply taking care of some emails and maybe chatting online with some customers. All training will be provided.

However this rate can be apt depending on the amount of work the VA got to do in that 8 hours time.
