Looking for speclist to remove negative backlinks

My website is one year old but doesn't have many links yet. I recently just found an seo tool that automatically creates 1000 links for free overnight. ( I got around 600 backlinks over night)

I didn't know any better and my friend told me that getting links like this should not be pointed to my main website but used only for tier 1 or 2 links.

I am looking for someone to reomove for these backlinks. Can any one help?

Once the links are out in the world, it's hard to delete them. The best thing to do, is buy a new domain, and use the domain with the links as a 2 tier website.
