Looking for specific residential proxies

Hello,

We currently use proxyrack and stormproxies but are still looking for additional proxies. The only other residential rotating proxies I've found are bandwithd metered or rotate every 3-5 minutes.

We need a large supply of proxies matching these features:
-Residental
-Unmetered bandwidth(no pay per gb)
-Rotates per http request(not on 3-5+ minute intervals)

These will only be used to scrape a public ecommerce website daily. No SEO/Google use. No illegal activity.

I am using luminati but its very expensive.. I also searching like that with no limit
