Decodo, brightdata if your budget is strong.
There are alternatives that are cheaper but weaker pool.
Bright data doesnt have ASN targetting as far as i remember

You're asking for conflicting requirements - genuine residential/LTE proxies with 24+ hour stickiness and ASN-level targeting don't exist in huge pools because carriers rotate IPs and real users have static endpoints. Look into Bright Data or Decodo's enterprise tier for ASN targeting, but expect 5-30 minute sessions on residential networks unless you're buying dedicated mobile modems.

I can recommend Residential plan from Proxy-Seller, but they have only these parameters on proxy lists: Country, Region, City, ISP, Ports. Sticky session is available.
You’re basically hitting the limits of how real residential and LTE networks work. Long 24h+ stickiness plus ASN targeting and a huge pool don’t really go together, because carriers rotate IPs by design and most “sticky” sessions on residential are just best-effort. Bright Data and Decodo can do ASN targeting, but expect short sessions unless you go enterprise or dedicated mobile gateways, which gets expensive fast. If you truly need 24h stability, the only reliable option is dedicated mobile modems per country, everything else is a compromise.

ASN targeting is mostly a thing with mobile proxies. Don’t chase sticky sessions for 24h+, you’ll just run into issues when the residential device goes offline and end up with nasty latency.

Look for providers with a large residential pool and support for city + ASN targeting, not all of them have that. For long sessions you’ll need sticky sessions, but keep in mind even 24h is not always guaranteed since residential IPs depend on real devices. In practice, good geo targeting + stable sticky sessions + decent pool size is what matters. Everything else comes down to testing, because quality varies a lot between providers. I’ve had a decent experience with Mango Proxy for geo targeting and longer sessions, worth trying

if you absolutely need granular country, city, and asn targeting with a massive pool, oxylabs or bright data are the enterprise standards but they will bleed you dry on per-gb bandwidth costs.

Depends a bit on your use case, but not many providers can handle all of that reliably especially ASN targeting + long stickiness.

If your main requirement is 24h+ stickiness, you’re actually looking more at ISP proxies, not typical residential/LTE pools.
Residential and mobile usually rotate by design, even if providers offer “sticky sessions”, they rarely stay clean and stable for that long under real use.
ISP proxies on the other hand give you
-long session duration
-consistent identity
-and much better stability for things like accounts or logins
Most decent setups will let you hold the same IP indefinitely
Tradeoff is smaller pool and less flexibility on ASN/city targeting compared to residential networks.
So if stickiness is your top priority → ISP
if targeting flexibility + large pool matters more → residential/mobile rotating
You won’t really get both perfectly in one setup, it’s always a tradeoff.

real 24h+ sticky on LTE is tough unless you're running your own modems. I've seen some providers offer "dedicated" mobile IPs that stay assigned to you for days, but those are essentially reserved slots, not shared pool. costs more but actually delivers the stickiness you need.
