Looking for specific proxy package

Hello there. I'm interested in buying proxies for a project but since there are hundreds of providers it's hard to find the right one.
Things I need:

- Unlimited Bandwidth
- High amount of threads (minimum 1IP = 1 thead), preferably unlimited
- Location: USA, Canada, Germany, Australia (one of them)
- at least 1000 proxies per month
- have to be static
- Authentication type: IP (minimum 10 IPs)

As for the price I was thinking of $200-300 but maybe more. Any recommondation is appreciated.
