Looking For Someone With WP Theme Skills - Technical and Artistic

I am looking for someone to take a commercial WP theme that I will provide (licensed copy) and alter that theme using a plugin designed to alter themes (I'll provide - licensed). What I am looking for is someone who knows CSS and can appreciate and use what the plugin does to change the theme in an aesthetically pleasing way.

After you are done, I should see the basic design elements, but changed in a way that suits my purpose of the site the theme is installed on.

I hired someone to do this for me already, and they flaked after doing one site, but they did a good job. So I can show you what I am looking for with before and after.

In case you are wondering, I have my own reasons for wanting what I describe and not a theme designed from scratch, so I am not interested a 100% custom built theme so don't offer to make me one.
