looking for someone with proxy knowledge to set up system for me.

hey so here is my scenario. i have a program that does requests and needs proxies. ive seen many sites that can scrape many proxies and can have tens of thousands of proxies at once....but these proxies dont last long. mabe a few hours max. what i need is to have my program have set proxies that are static but each proxy links to a folder of proxies that constantly is being updating. i know this sounds confusing but ive seen things like this. rotating proxies i belive they are called. example i can have proxy 123.123.123.123:11111 which will stay constant...but every 10 min that proxy becomes a diff proxy but stays the same. what i would want to do is have a list of lets say 100 static proxies which link to scraped proxies that are constantly being checked if alive for my sites and every X amount of time which i decide it would replace the proxy, not the static one but the one it links to.
so basically would need to know how to link proxies and keep a static proxy.
know how to generate thousands of proxies scraping and checking
be able to have it replaced every X amount of time.

Actually what you are describing is a botnet sold as a service. Those services that give you ip to a static port but change ip every 10 mins are basically botnet bots that have open socks ports on them.They are not scraped proxies from the web, to set something up like this you will have to actually have a botnet or access to a big adware/spyware company for source of installs. This is actually more expensive and you need certain connects to set this up.

ya but that site doesnt have alive proxies most of the time...i want to be in control of my own proxies that i use...my own scraper and checker.
