Looking for someone with good English and SEO experience

I posted one of these a while back but the guy who worked for me for some reason has stopped talking and doing the work.

I am looking for someone who has good experience in SEO. The work is whitehat SEO. Building quality backlinks, good content and optimizing micro sites we create for businesses. You must have good English skills, if you cannot speak English well then please do not contact me. The hours will be 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day Monday - Friday. You need good communication with me using skype as we do work for multiple companies.
