I'm looking for someone who will either do one or both of the following:
1. create a new Wikipedia page. Important note: You are not to write any content; all content/the enture page will already be written in accordance with the standards on Wikipedia. In other words, you simply create a page with the pre-made content you're supplied with.
2. make sure the the page isn't white-washed or ruined for about 4-8 weeks time, e.g. you go look at the page 5 minutes a day for 60 days, that is 5 hours in total, and revert vandalism or alike.

Budget: Just your normal hourly rate.
