I have an idea for a small business that I want to start. Its a simple idea but I'll need some help building the website and ranking my site. I'm looking for someone who knows a thing or two about SEO and web design, and is willing to take a bit of a risk.
The nature of this business is a subscription based service, so I'll be sending out products once a month to customers. I honestly think it has major potential, and I'm really looking for someone to help me market in the long term. I do know a thing or two about SEO but like I said, I'm looking for a long term partnership.
There are two options in regards to pay
Fixed SEO/web Rate
Based on your experience and the level of SEO you're willing to offer, I'll pay you a fixed rate for your SEO and marketing services.
Commission based rate
This is what I'd prefer, because I think people work better when their pay is based on performance. In this case, I'll pay you once sales start rolling in. In this case, if there are no sales, I WILL STILL PAY YOU A FIXED AMOUNT (I can pay this upfront too). Theres no loss for you in this case! You'll make more money if you do a better job, so if you're great at marketing and SEO this is the job for you.

I do have web hosting and I think I can get access to some website templates. Like I said, I have experience web designing, and some limited experience with SEO, but I really need help with this project. In the case that rates are too high, I could do it myself or help out with building it.
