Looking for someone who can teach me about proxy. More details inside.

I'm a beginner who have no experience in about doing this. I need someone who can teach me on how to make my own proxy, preferably sneaker proxies. Step by step if you can show me how you would do it. I can learn quick by just watching you or a video on making one.
