You should post more details about the business. Doesn't have to include the URL, income and everything, but more information would help. So people don't PM you for nothing...

Well its a nutra biz with stock im looking to sell at cost. IT has no revenue just had issues with partner etc.

You need to provide all kind of details like revenue, alexa rank, traffic source, site ranking in search engines.(if any), How can buyers monetize the site, if they can. Just if you can tell all type of details. it would better instead of wasting time.
