Looking for someone who can help with paypal limitations

I know this is a long shot, But my stealth paypal account has become limited, I have around 2000GBP locked in this account (Stupid i know) would anyone be able to supply the documents and recieve payment after? I know this is a long shot but im really stuck for ideas!

i am looking for the same type of services although i want like some insurance against the money being held for 180 days in limbo
