Looking For Someone Who Can Help Me Setup A Proxy

I have a friend in India who will work on my Amazon accounts. I purchased a good proxy, but I cannot figure out a way for him to use it. VPS apps keep leaking his real location. Multilogin is way too expensive for this. I am 99% sure the quality of the proxy is not the issue here. It's 4G from luminati. The best you can find. I believe it is the overall VPS setup. Anyways, I have been on this for days and cannot find anything that works. I just want to get this over with.
