I have never setup a forum before and need help from a kind person. I have he domain name and hosting already done. I have a nulled/cracker version of IPB forums but it just is not working very well. I would like to switch to SMF (or some other free forum software)and I am not sure how to do that.
Some things I want modded/plugins on the forum are:
chat room function. Where all my users can be in 1 chat room and talk back and forth with option to PM users of your choice.
raffle mod. I would like to give away free items to my users all they have to do is get a raffle ticket (free tickets)
lastly I would like a donate now button linked with PP
the problem I am having with IPB is the chat is unreliable at best, the raffle plugin j found required payments through PP (I want the raffle to be free) and I cannot figure out how to add a donate now button linked to PP
