Looking for someone who can do blackhat SEO for my website

Hello, I am looking for someone who has knowledge in blackhat SEO and can work with me to get my website on Page 1 of google as soon as possible, I am aware that a website ranked with blackhat methods wont pass the manual inspection however It can stay ranked for a decent amount of time before getting checked and knocked down so thats what im after, just someone who can get the site to Page 1 as quickly as possible so what better place to look than here.
