imo cointool is a scam. OP learn truffle & solidity and in a few hours you would be able to deploy tokens without any malicious 3rd party. And, if you want to hire a dev, its always better to make him team member with revealed identity. Lots of scams out there. Dyor

eh scam is a strong wrong. It's not really a scam is it? it's just making it easier for people to create "scams" lol
a scam is when something doesn't do what it should do. OP doesn't need to learn solidity to create a project
he just needs a cool name + logo

All these free generators does generate tokens with hidden fee and motive, a single line in the contract can make the creator able to rug pull whenever he wants. Even if one want to hire a service or dev to create tokens, its always better to know the basics of solidity framework. Guides Link

few hours lol I highly doubt so in few hours someone can code its token perfectly and learn solidity code properly... its a stiff learning curve

Definitely scam. Just copy a contract from bsc and deploy directly through eth remix. It will only cost the network fee.
