looking for someone to write a script that will check streaming sites for live streams

I use streamlink to watch and sometimes record streams that I can't watch because of the timezone difference between Korea and America on pandalive.ko.kr.

Looking for someone to write a script that would automate this process if possible (ie. check pandalive for specific live streams and then start to automatically record them for later viewing).
