looking for someone to write a script that will check streaming sites for live streams

So a little background, I use streamlink to watch and sometimes record streams that I can't watch because of the timezone difference between Korea and America on afreecatv for starcraft.

Looking for someone to write a script that would automate this process if possible (ie. check afreecatv for specific live streams and then start to automatically record them for later viewing). Please let me know if this is possible or if this is against forum rules.
