Looking for someone to write a sales email/letter

Hello i am looking to see if someone could help me with a sales letter to email various businesses in my area to try and get them to sign up with me. I want to do 2 separate offers in the email/letter, 1 to try and get them to pay a 1 time fee to setup a google places listing, and 2 to try and get them to sign up for website/seo.

I am not good with writing. I have decent amount of business leads from various categories so i would like the email/letter to be able to be interchangd from say plumbers, my city to taxis my city, etc. I want this to also include why they should claim their listings and why they need a internet presence.
