Looking for someone to Spam an Instagram Account

Hey Guys, here is my current situation:

I have an product account on instagram, and a competitor, keeps contacting my potential customers saying our account is fake and to buy from them instead of us etc.

Basically I am looking for someone to help with any method that can be used to get this guy to stop poaching my customers. Whether it be spam all of his pictures or anything else that you can think of.
