Looking for someone to set up bulk mailing for me

I have a domain. I have a cleaned list of emails. I want to send them and be able to receive emails back. I simply want a way to achieve this goal. I'd need an SMTP server, or some script which works with bulk emailers like sendgrid. Whatever is necessary (or the simplest way) for me to send bulk emails and receive responses, I'd consider it.
