Looking for someone to set up a Squid proxy on my VPS server

Hi,

I'm planing on getting a Linux VPS server to host 20 proxies. I will buy 20 (maybe more) IPs for the VPS. What I need:

- Setting up and proper configuration
- Control panel to be able to set IP and user/password authentication to use the proxies

I need the proxies for ranking purposes mainly. I will use them with Rank Tracker and that kind of software. I will also use them with Tweetadder to access Twitter.
