Hi, I am looking for someone who will rank few of my niche sites on 1st page of google, in exchange you will earn 25% or more of the income generated from the ads.
Many of the sites already have seo done previously and are few months old, competition goes from low to medium competition so it shouldn't be too hard to rank these.
I am looking for someone who is good at seo and know's what he's doing...i don't want to risk getting my sites penalized or de-indexed because of some spammy links or bad seo.

No disrespect OP but I would much rather rank my own sites and make 100% of the profits. I would rather charge just for the SEO and let you keep all of your profits.

Well, i don't have a big budget for seo atm so i cannot afford to spend too much on that. But I'm willing to pay you from revenue generated from the ads.

Basically you are asking someone to give you 75% of their income.

Well i already have content + domain ready, all i need is someone to do seo to rank them. I'm willing to pay 25% of income every month, so its worth it.
 
I'm still looking for someone to work with me, i'm willing to give you 30% a month from traffic coming from google. Site is in a high paying niche, possible to make $200+ every month from ads revenue. If interested, pm me.
 
There are hundreds of people who will do this for you. Go to the marketplace, and buy some highly rated (newer) services.

Im not looking to buy some service on bhw which will do that, i currently don't have a high budget for seo so i'm looking for a partner who will do this free of charge. In exchange i am willing to give 30% of income generated from ads every month.

As SEO is the hardest and most vital part of your websites success you should be offering 50+%, I don't think you'll get any takers at anything lower than that.

$200 a month.....paying 30%.....so you want someone to do SEO for you for $60? Are you kidding?

50%+ is too much, i have a site that is already getting good traffic coming from yahoo answer, so i could possibly lose money from that source.
I'm willing to go for 35% of income for atleast 6months and i think it's a fair deal.

Earnings will be shared every month, not just 1 time. So its worth it considering the keywords are not really difficult ones
 
Yeah man, you aren't going to find anyone (or anyone good) at that kind of rip. Anyone worth their weight is going to want 50% at least. You have to look at it this way, they are taking most of the risk because they are absorbing the cost associated with the SEO. If the deal tanks, they are left holding the bag. You have to make it more enticing.

Also, what do you consider "not difficult"? It's still is going to cost someone money to achieve the results.

Hi,

While I understand the issues people are talking about - basically the risk is 100% with the SEO provider and only 35% of the profit. While 65% of the profit and 0% of the risk is with you.

If you would be prepared to adjust the risk a little. Namely you would have to push the domains to my account and increase to 60/40 I would be willing to discuss this further as the risk would be better shared.

Of course I can. But it is about risk as the rest of the post says, as the op does not want to pay up front.

The op owns the hosting, the domain, collects the money and the SEO provider does all the work with 0 payment upfront and then has to wait for the op to pay a minor %. So the SEO provider has 100% of the risk on the proposed deal. That is why everyone else is saying, including me, that it is a bad deal.

But if the domain is pushed to me then that risk is mitigated and if he would increase to 60/40 split I would be prepared to talk. Anyway it is upto the op... that is the best offer they have had so far.
 
You have very low understunding how seo work and thats why you give to low cut for your future partner.
Seo it is not an easy task to do and + it is quite costly, you mantioned that you do not want risk your site and want seo that protects against it, it is only possible with very qulity tier one links, it is mean unique and human readable content, lot of differents ip's, qulity lists, lot of social and web 2.0 accounts, captcha solver etc. As many say 50% is minimum what you should offer and this is in case if you sites are made perfectly
