Looking for Someone to Post on FB Marketplace

I'm starting a new company and my first push will be all organic. My other company was started with similar black hat techniques 10+ years ago and that worked out well. At this point I don't have the time to setup/run the ads so I'm looking for someone to do that for me.

What I'm looking for:
-Able to accept credit card/Paypal. Sorry not dealing with crypto
-I'd like to post in about 100 US cities. I can let you know the category as well as help with copy and pictures
-Ultimatly I'd like to direct them to my website but looking for advice on that since you can't post links
