Looking For Someone To Modify My Existing Wordpress Theme!

I am looking for some who can modify my existing WordPress theme. Its a minor change. I don't wanna change my theme.

My present theme is a fixed width theme. I want to make it flexible. Present content area width is something around 520 px and left side widget area is around 220. I want to increase my content area width to 750 px. last thing i need to change the background and remove something from the header.

Let me know if you could also design the background image aswell.
