Looking for someone to make me a URL shortener

Hello guys i want to know for how much is anyone going to make me a URL shortener and how much will be an income from it, at every visitor to the URL?

You can't make money from people that visit your own shortened urls unless:
A) You sell shortening services to other people/members.
B) You place a few seconds loading page with your own/advertisers' ads before the actual redirection.
